Went here to get a sub tonight and I have to say that the young men did not know how to do something as easy as making a sub. One guy tried to skimp on my meat- there was a whole piece of bread with no type of meat on it and I asked for him to add more to make it fit the length of the bread. The other guy soaked my sandwich in sweet onion sauce and my toppings were falling off and my sandwich was mushy by the time I traveled 6 minutes to my destination. I really hope that the next time I go there that there are other staff members working. Was not able to eat the other half so wasted money. If I see them in there on my next trip, I’m walking outud83dude2d

Amazing customer service! Even when they’re EXTREMELY busy! Very friendly and very nice as well. As far as being respectful goes, they are very much respectful when I go there. By far one of the best Subway restaurant I’ve ever been to in the state of Michigan! They got my vote! :)))

They’re typically a good place and work quick.nnHowever, there was one employee that was going very slow. I don’t mind the employees talking amongst each other, but the pace he went was slow. I had to get to work fast, but he was eating up my time. After giving back my change, he forgot to put my sandwich in the bag. His focus was somewhere else completely. I’m not sure if it was because he was new, but he kept pausing to talk to his coworker and talk to another customer behind me. Nico, from what I saw from your name tag, I hope you were only out of it for that day and not consistently.nnThat is my only complaint about the place. Other than that, I love going to this Subway.
