As a first time home buyer, I was completely overwhelmed with the whole process- until I started working with Janice! She was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to calm my nerves and explain everything to me. She went to countless open houses with me until we found my perfect home! We had such a great experience with Janice on our last home, she was my 1st call when we decided it was time to downsize. Always great to work with, she was able to bring all her skills and expertise to get us what we needed when selling our large, fairly unique home. It was also a 3 way deal....Janice was great at setting expectations, coordinating all the involved parties, and getting us into closing with most of our sanity in tact.... would recommend her to everyone!!!
