my husband and I were so fortunate to have Ashley Trapp as our realtor (as buyers)! A friend from work recommended her and right away we could see how hard she worked and how attentive she was to any questions we had. Ashley was available day or night and was extremely communicative and helpful. She went way above and beyond her job responsibilities and took care of everything as to not cause us any stress. She is very patient and did not pressure us at all. Ashley always looked out for our best interest and is extremely trustworthy. When I had questions about the conservation land behind our house, she went right into the town hall and met with someone to find out more. When I asked about the schools and registration, she went right to the school district to find out exactly what I had to do to register my son. Those are just a few examples of the many things she did for us. I can't speak highly enough of Ashley Trapp and would strongly recommend her!

Ashley and her team have helped me find many homes over the last decade as my needs have grown from college student, to first time home buyer, small family to growing family. The Trapp Team takes their time to talk you through all your options and answer questions. There is no stupid question; believe me I’ve had a million of them! The Trapp Team has great connections with movers, home inspectors, lawyers, mortgage agents, and more to help get you into the right home with ease. Ashley always works in her client’s best interests and works around the clock to ensure you close on your home on time and without any hiccups. I have purchased/sold 3 homes with The Trapp Team and also recommended them to friends/family who have all had great experiences with them.

Always available, always professional, and very reliable! Ashley can make magic happen and has a lot of contacts to help with every step of the process! The Trapp team goes above and beyond a typical relator. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of buying a house with Ashely and our first time selling a house ever. Ashley walked us through the steps and always had time for questions. She answered everything and never made us feel silly for asking a basic question about selling a house. We looked at so many houses and never felt rushed or pressured into any of them. Ashley worked so closely with our financial team through the process so we didn't have any surprises or worries. We won't use any other relator if we have to move again.

This will be my second time working with the Trapp Team and both times were a wonderful experience. Ashley helped me with my first move right after college. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided suggestions for my first time renting. I liked the apartment so much that I stayed for several years. During my more recent move I met Kevin. He was very attentive and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend the team and look forward to working with them in the future.
