Not only did we end up in our dream home with his help and guidance, but working with him and his staff was a truly rewarding experience on every level. Once again, I had to call upon Rick to help me with my home buying process. I relocated from FL back to MA during the pandemic. During this very difficult pandemic time, I made several trips to MA in a relatively short time span looking for condos. Needless to say, it was a bit stressful as I not only was looking for a condo in MA, but I was also selling my condo in FL during this difficult time period. Rick helped me stay focused and in less than three months, I found and closed on the condo of my dreams. Rick is professional and cares about his clients, and he is always willing to go that extra mile. Hopefully, this is my final home purchase because moving is a lot of work and way too stressful...but just in case it isn't, you can be sure Rick will be the first person that I will call should I decide to sell again. Rick is definitely the realtor to have on your side, and I highly recommend him.

Rick is an ever so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and honest realtor. He listens to your needs and wants in a home and does not rush you to make a sale. He makes sure you can see yourself in the home you choose down the line. He has a wealth of knowledge that's indispensable to those buying a home, especially first time buyers like my husband and myself. He pointed out almost everything the inspector did during a tour! We could not have asked for a better realtor to guide us in purchasing our first house.

When I reached out to Rick, it was for the sale of a home owned by someone else who needed to sell their home while they were recuperating in a hospital & transferring to a long term care facility. Time was of the essence as well as preparing the home for sale. Understanding the sensitivity of the situation, Rick worked with a team of landscapers, interior decorators, contractors etc. His team did an amazing job that allowed the home to be ready in a week and has three offers on the opening day. Ricks thoughtfulness did not stop there.
