I rent a condo. The condo/building is old, needs repair badly. I agree with one of the other comments. A certain amount of people that live there are on the trashy side. Who am I to judge though.

Folks please note. Current leasing trend is 10 months with cheaper price in most of the communities. We might get attracted to the price now and after 10 months from now is perfect summer. You will end up getting higher price for renewal and you will see higher price in other communities also. $20 or 30 or 50 bucks less price is to get you to 10 months lease so that after 10 months u ll be out of winter season renewal and u are pushed to summer renewal window when the prices go peak. Think for long term and decide. General suggestion from a common man.

Lived here for 1 year now, very quite and pleasant apartment. Staff is so good in here and surrounding are well maintained. really enjoyed staying in here.

I lived there for 5 years. It was a terrible place to live. You could hear people easily through the walls when they were just talking.nIt smelled in the hallways. Lots of trashy people live there

I lived at stone run for 30 yrsnI would still be there if the rent didn't go up a big jump
