Melissa was so genuine and so outgoing in the leasing office! She took the time to tour us the same day we emailed her, when trying to find the right new apartment. She went way above our expectations to make us feel like we already have lived there. Would highly recommend The Ledges if looking for new apartment lease.

I’m going on my first month since I’ve moved in to building 5100 and my experience has been so far amazing. The management and maintenance staff are professional and very quick in responding to anything. The complex is clean, well kept and safe. My unit was renovated prior to me moving and in and it looks absolutely perfect. Looking forward to the many more months here at the Ledges.

The Ledges is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly and professional. Grounds are clean and well maintained in the summer and winter months.nMy only concern is once I retire, which is coming fast, I won't be able to afford the rent. I'll move on with some great memories of having lived in a wonderful apartment complex. It's definitely a 5 star!

We love it here so far!! Very cozy 1 bedroom apartments but they do not have much storage. Rent is a little pricey but we make it work.nnI would recommend.

Lived here for about a month now and love it so far. Very clean, responsive management, nice gym. Can't wait to see the pool in the summer
