Even though we were just arriving at this Taco bell I still wanted to use the app so we could customize our orders and had a better chance at getting it without mistakes. Boy was I wrong. All together my family of 3 ordered a total of 6 different items but this location only got one soft Taco correct and 5 others including another soft Taco, and 4 customized 5 layer burritos wrong. It seems Taco bells app is useless or the employees really don't care how they make your food. The only reason they got a 2 star instead of a 1 star review is because they didn't forget anything like we've experienced in the past.
This taco bell has always needed help with speed and customer service. I went there today and was blown away with both customer service and speed. Was greeted and served by a mady and Darcy. More people like them can make your 3.5 star review to a 5 in no time! You girls were awesome!
Good service
This taco bell has their drive through down! They're quick, the line doesn't back up too bad, and I always feel like they want to get the order right and get me back on the road. You can't turn left out of here, though, so that might be a deal breaker for some of you! Just go right, go through the light, and make a Michigan left.
They're decent. Food quality is good, employees friendly, and drive thru usually quick. However they've probably forgotten around $20 worth of food the past year I've went and no matter how many times I fill out the review on the receipt, I've never been compensated.
