Had a really good experience at this location today. The service was fast and friendly, similar to how you expect to be treated at a chick-fil-a. Additionally we tried the deluxe chicken sandwich and it is the best crispy chicken sandwich I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The breading was flavorful, the chicken portion was huge and moist. I like many menu items at Arby's but this sandwich might be their best.
Long line when i was there. Person at the window could have said have a good night or some sort of greeting. Food was hot, not enough cheese on the beef and cheddar and they did not give me my cookie i ordered
Pretty good crispy fish. Hubby enjoyed the deluxe fish on Hawaiian bun. Hot yummy fries. Shakes were yummy too.
They got rid of the best and only good sandwich and they are now trash
Didn’t have ham.... I thought their slogan was, “We Have The Meats”. Food wasn’t even fully cooked. Sandwich was just thrown together. Honestly, bad drive thru service as well. I can understand having a bad day... but come on. Hope your experience is better.
