About ⅓ all machines were out of order. Didn't count WASHER : OUT IF ORDER ratio but did count dryers - of the 30 dryers 11 weren't working at all. The dryers that were usable did NOT get very warm and did NOT fully dry clothes. I ran each dryer almost twice as long as would normally need. Ran out of money and patience. Clothes were still slightly damp and needed be hung at home

Had to come in just prior to closing. I asked if it was okay. Karen allowed me to come in. She was very nice. Been here may times and as usual Karen and everyone else who works here has been so nice.
