Auburn Cleaners & Laundromat

First time I've ever been to this laundromat and the lady working was really nice place looked very clean. The washer and dryer cleaned and dried my clothes really good. I'm very impressed and I'll come back definitely every chance I get. They make you feel really at home as well and money cant buy that for me and my family!!!!

I haven't been here in almost 2 years. But I've never had a bad experience. I always seen a guy working never a lady. But anyway I'm trying to see if they are still open till 7 PM like they used to be???? I've called the number several times only to be put to voicemail and inbox is full so cant even leave a message?Can anyone else tell me if they are open? I heard they just put in new washers and dryers. I wish they would do like they do in Metro Detroit. . If you wash your clothes there you get FREE DRYERS NO MATTE5 HOW MANY YOU NEED. So that's a thought ?? I guess I'll take a drive to see. I would have e left 5 stars but cant get through. Another tip leave a recording with new store hours and possibly pricing due to the COVID-19.

Edit: I still go to this laundromat but I was annoyed they raised the dryer price without any type of notice and the pricing is inconsistent between various dryers. Dryers used to give 7 minutes per quarter. Now, some give 5 minutes per quarter or more depending on how many quarters you put in. For some dryers 3 quarters gives 5+5+5=15 minutes. For other dryers 3 quarters gives 5+6+7=18 minutes. This inconsistency is weird but I guess reward regulars who figure it out through trial and error. However the decrease from 7 to 5 minutes for the first quarter is a fairly large percentage increase in the cost of drying time. Minor complaint: I wish they would ask customers if they have a preference on TV channel. Some TV shows are kind of annoying to hear in the background but I guess everyone's different. Finally, they used to have free WiFi but now it seems the network is hidden and password protected (I can still find the network under saved networks in my phone).nnOriginal Review: Close to my apartment I'm usually the only customer there on a weekday before 5pm. Some people seem to only use the washers or only use the dryers. Lots of people drop off clothes in a washer or dryer and leave. The employees are nice enough - I've never had a rude experience like other customers. This place has a drop off service and also dry cleaning. It's a quarter more for hot water rather than cold or warm, but I guess this makes sense. The dryers work much faster than other places. I like the fact the change machine doesn't work, because I'd rather be given a roll of quarters from the register than a pile of quarters to put loose in my pocket. Plus, I've had bad experiences with change machines short-changing me.

Always rude. Also moved my laundry without my consent to a dryer when I had clothes I needed to not dry. I don’t appreciate other people touching my clothes or almost messing up my clothes.

The lady that works there is rude,and the most unfriendly person I've ever met. I've been there 2 different times,and same outcomeud83dude24ud83dude24ud83dude24 I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK.!!!
