Absolute worst experience ever. They don’t even deserve a single star. Ruined my daughters coat. When I took it back the owners immediately started yelling at me and telling me it wasn’t their fault. After trying to deescalate the situation repeatedly, they just told me the $300+ coat was “junk “ and “why would you even pay so much for it?!” In the end I left with the coat, nothing resolved and not so much as the cleaning fee reimbursed. The only way I’d suggest you go here is if you are looking for someone to ruin your garments and then yell at you for it.

Awful. I will NEVER go here again! They ruined my brand new wedding dress and tried to lie to my fiancee about it. Horrible job. I wouldnt even give it 1 star but to review I had to. They still charged me even though they ruined it!nAfter my fiancee spoke to the manager he told him to pick up the check and get out of his face. They told me they would put foil over the beading and when I saw it they were all torn apart and some missing. When I brought it to my seamstress she even told me some horror stories of this place! Alpena only has this dry cleaner. We deserve WAY BETTER!

Easy in easy out, cleaners are soon becoming extinct due to modern fibers, I was satisfied with the service I got.
