Kennebunkport Taxi Service

NEVER USE. Scheduled taxi service 1.25 hours ahead of time to ensure my son could make it to train on time. Rate for 14 Miles was quoted at $45. Very high. Car never arrived and after text and calls to company was given number for me to try to reach the driver. Absolutely horrible service. DEFINITELY NEVER USE!

2 years ago-nI called for a taxi and was told I had a 20-30 minute wait time. I said that was okay and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very snarky and rude the whole time. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but she was very rude in the way she spoke to me even though we were just discussing average things such as pickup location and drop off location. I was counting on this taxi as my shift at work would start in 45- 50 minuets. An hour had gone by and I was now 10 minutes late for work. I called to cancel the taxi as I found a ride unsure if the taxi was coming (it was 30-40 minutes late) and knowing I couldn’t afford to be any later than I was to work. I was polite as I didn’t want to start anything and yet the lady threw a fit and hung up on me. After several very rude comments of course. I tried to call again a week later (also for a ride to work) and she said she refused to send a taxi as I had canceled the previous week, again, (no suripise here) along with several more very rude comments. I highly suggest using a different taxi service if at all possible. A New taxi service opened near me thankfully, but I would rather walk than deal with this service again.

Excellent experience! Needed a car at 4:30am. Our driver was a few minutes early, helped load our luggage, and was very friendly. The service from start to finish was great! From the first inquiring phone call to the ultimate pickup...I was treated with kindness, courtesy and friendliness. The driver was on time and got us to the airport on time. I was stranded late night and I would have had to walk 6 miles home if it wasn’t for these guys. Forever grateful!
