I called the person who takes care of the rentals on Friday and she said she would call me back, she was at a meeting. I was very patient and waited till Tuesday and told the person answering the phone that I wanted to speak with someone in charge of vacation rentals. The person on the phone told me it was the same person I spoke to on Friday and she would give her the message to call me back. It is Wednesday and she hasn't called me back.nI am trying to book a rental for a family vacation for 12 people in July and now the house I was interested in is fully booked. I think it would have been courteous for her to get back to me one way or another. There were 2 open weeks when I called her on Friday. All I expected was a call back!

I bought a house from these people. They have the ethical standards of a house fly. They knew there was more mold in the house and did everything they could to obfuscate and cram the deal thru. Now I have to move my kids into this moldy house. If you also have low morals and lack any ethics then work with these people.

As a Maine Commission Notary Public, I was attacked by Becky Bassett,broker, because of out of State title company incorrectly was trying to charge her son/ buyer for property taxes on closing disclosure document ( hud settlement statement). I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID 90.00. CLOSING ON Feb 23th. Very large deep purple bruises on my forearms.

Our entire experience with buying a farm for our son through Kennebunk Beach Realty was riddled with deception and unprofessionalism. We are deeply disappointed.
