Becky and Grainne were great to work with. Clear communication in what was a confusing time. We were scheduled to hit the market, and delayed a week when Covid was really first starting to break out. That week turned into several months, but we stayed in contact during that time waiting for the right time to list. Mean while the website for the home was up and looked great, the house was photographed and everything was ready to go. In the end we received multiple offers, sold for over asking and were able to close with some flexibility on our end.

I worked with Alyssa Bouthot while purchasing my house. I was half way across the country on a military assignment when I began looking in Maine. As a first time home buyer, Alyssa made it seem so easy. I was often only available at 9 or 10 pm, but she was unbelievably responsive and always answered my calls. Alyssa was extremely kind and professional throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was and how I was treated.
