I offered them more than their asking price for a year round rental and offered to prepay several months of rent, and maintain rent prepaid for several months out. They did not even bother to call my references and denied me the apartment just like that. Absolutely ridiculous, I will be filing suit for discrimination.

This review is about homeowners who use this company to help rent their properties. I put my new 3 bdrm 3 bath house in Cape Porpoise with them back in January and never received one call! Then I found out from a neighbor that they shut down the Cape Porpoise office and when I checked the site they deleted my listing and NEVER notified me. Very poor business people and I would think twice before I trusted them to rent out your property. They will leave you hanging with no renters. Make note: In Maine you do not have to be a Realtor to run a rental business, I would make sure to use a legitimate real estate office that services seasonal rentals and you will be much happier with the results.
