We've been renting from Ocean park realty for the past 4 years now and every year has always been the same. Jeff and Martha have done a wonderful job every year we have gone up. They also go out of their way to do something to make sure your happy. We couldn't get up there between 2:00-4:00 one year because of traffic, and since we couldn't get there in time, they dropped it off at the beach house we rented.nnAnother time too, there was a little problem with our beach house and we sent an email to address the problem and we got an email right away which resulted in the problem being fixed right away. Even when we had questions about the beach house, they responded within a day which was very convenient.nnI would highly recommend using them to book a beach house. The beach house's are easy to book, each beach house provides plenty of different things for families, and they have many useful tools to book like an availability calendar for each house on the website, plenty of photos, and plenty of information tools to know about Ocean Park at their office, as well as a 3 step payment plan where you pay 1/3 as a deposit, in March, and a month before your arrival. One unique service they do now is (for a small fee), you can get food to go from Hannafords in Saco (about a 5-10 minute drive from Ocean Park depending on where you are) and they will pick it up for you and put it in the refrigerator at the beach house so you can be stocked up right when you get there.nnI highly recommend it but book early because the beach house's get booked quick!!!
