I’ve lived here for just over 2 years now and love it... the staff, the great view, the low cost of rent, proximity to downtown, the beautiful grounds at UNM campus to walk through along with access to bus service right outside the apartment building are just some of the wonderful things I enjoy here. Bottom line... I love it!
Sister lived there 2-1/2 years and was an absolutely wonderful experience. Wonderful caring staff that wants residents to be happy, very clean, activities, lunch in the lunch room, bus stop across the street, picnic tables outside, spraying for bugs, awesome views in a great part of town. They really make an effort to make sure everything works well.
Staff is exceptional! This place is actually a riot; lots of fun. 😜😆💃👏
*April 2020 - Encino Terrace collects the federal rent but, is now closed do to NM administration. 🧟♀️🧟♂️😭 Please pray for the elderly and disabled. TY
I think my grandfather lived here in the early 1990s.
Helped Steve Marino move out of his top floor apartment there. He loaded his big heavy boxes. One containing his bicycle. He took out my back seat and put them in my car. Drove us to Greyhound bus station. I waited for him next to him and cried. Even though he assured Mr we would visit each other every month and stay a few days. That has not come yo fruition. Last message; He wants me to take a restraining order out on my Son. My Son is 46, an alcoholic and won't get a job
I love Steve and will continue to get the restraining order is on.
