Beautiful spot for such a somber site. Very well maintained, very interesting. Signage for getting there is not great, literally everyone who was there when we were went to the wrong place. Eventually we all found it though!
Just a heads up it is 7 miles in off the road but when you get there a very simple walk that I did with my 2 young children. It can easily be done in about 45 to 60 minutes.
Short hike and easy to find with all the signs. Very busy now because of Covid and likely the signs. Lots of room to explore off the beaten paths if you want
A little hayd to get to. But I love stuff like this.
