I had never sold a home myself before but I decided to give it a try. It was my good luck to run across Dave White of Owner Entry on the Internet. I hired him to provide an MLS listing. But he went far beyond just the listing by guiding me through every step of the process. Dave is extremely knowledgable about the real estate sales process and he is always available to answer questions and provide advice. The end result was that the day after my house was listed I showed it to 9 people. The next day I had my first offer and two days later it was under agreement at full asking price. I knew nothing about selling a home when I started but Dave's guidance made it relatively easy to accomplish.

Dave was super helpful throughout the whole process. This is the 3rd time I have sold a home like this. It is very easy and best of all it saves you a lot of $. Highly recommend! I will be back and I will be sending some of my friends to Owner Entry. Can't thank you enough!

David was very accommodating with not only me but my situation and I will be honest I was all over map with my listing due to being so uncertain about my decision On selling . I am very grateful he was so patient and also responsive. I highly recommend You use his service if you want to do a by owner type listing . He’s very knowledgeable !!!!
