Kerri Davis was our realtor in the recent process of selling our old home and buying our new home. She is very knowledgeable and quick with resources throughout the process. I messaged her about every little concern and she always had or found an answer for me. We had some septic issues in the home we were selling; Kerri made multiple phone calls to ensure things were taken care of. She goes above and beyond to make everything is as stress free as possible. Our family highly recommends Kerri and will use her for all future real-estate endeavors.

Will Wright is the property manager for my home and I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Will is professional, has a great personality, he is communicative, and a very kind person. With Will managing my home I don't have to be worried or concerned. If there is something that needs to be fixed or done for the tenants Will lets me know right away and keeps me informed. He has a lot on his plate and still manages to respond to emails quickly and get the right people out to help keep my home in best condition possible. I trust Will and am very fortunate that I have him looking over my property. Thank you Will!

Purchasing a home is always an overwhelming process but having Charlotte as our realtor made everything less stressful. She was right on top of everything that needed to be done; including paperwork and inspections. Every time I messaged her she responded with prompt and helpful answers. We truly felt like she had our best interests in mind the whole time. She was a pleasure and we are very thankful we got the chance to work with her during this process. We would highly recommend Charlotte Lane!

I absolutely couldn’t recommend Wendy Wright enough. We are first time home buyers and bought our first family home and Wendy helped us through the process for two years. She was more then patient with as a we changed our minds with locations a few times. She spent many weekend days and evenings to support us in finding our first home, and even traveled beyond the Franklin county area. She was very non-biased and open minded and it was very clear that she got to know what we were looking for by her recommendations. She was also very honest while being professional. If in the future we decide to sell our home and buy again, we will absolutely come to Wendy again.
