We engaged Susie Kendeigh to help us find a summer home in the greater Portland area. She was very knowledgeable about both the city and the real estate market. She presented many options for us to tour. Once we selected a property, she was very much an advocate for us throughout the buying process. She was very responsive and really stayed on top of the sale and kept us informed throughout. I could not recommend her more highly. She’s terrific.

Susie Kendeigh is fantastic. We used her nine years ago when we bought a multi family building in Portland, and again this past year when we went to sell it. Both times were a great experience. She’s super responsive and professional, and always make sure her clients' needs are met. Equally as important, she’s been involved in real estate for decades and it shows. She has a ton of knowledge and resources in the area to make sure you get exactly what you need. She’s the best!

I originally asked Beth to help me sell my house because she is a neighbor, and also happens to be one of the nicest people you could know. But by the time that I sold my house, I knew first-hand that I had a true professional on my side who helped me through each step of the sale process -- and beyond. Beth did a great job identifying ways to get my house ready for sale, she did a great job marketing the property once it was ready to go, she was by my side as we worked through various pricing issues, and because I had moved out of state before the closing, she made all of the arrangements to assure a smooth closing in my absence. And finally, while I was out of state she was at my house monitoring the movers each day as they packed my items and loaded their trucks, and kept me up to speed at each step of the moving process. In the end, I'm quite sure that I could not have had a better person on my side throughout the entire process of selling my home.

Given how competitive the market is currently, we are so happy we were able to get into our dream home with the help of Susie. Her knowledge and expertise of the market allowed us to put our best foot forward and our offer was accepted over multiple others. We will definitely work with Susie again in the future!

#1 in Maine!nWe were so lucky to have Susie as our realtor. She is unbelievably responsive, incredibly well informed, and a lovely person to put the cherry on the cake! It was very reassuring that Susie's expertise was wide and deep. Whenever we had a question, she immediately responded with precise, helpful information. Again and again her advice proved wise. She has a huge network of contacts in every area of potential need (other agents, mortgage specialists, home inspectors, plumbers, roofers, etc.). At the most stressful moments in the negotiation process, she was calm and confident, which made us feel much better. Finding the right property can be time-consuming but we actually enjoyed every minute we spent with Susie, and I am sure that we will remain close in the years to come. We have already recommended her to some friends.
