John was the perfect broker for us. He understood our goal in selling a home, and was direct and efficient in assessing and listing it. He handled communication with a tenant very well. When we ran into snags - for example, belongings of a previous tenant that needed to be removed, he provided the solution and made the arrangements on our behalf. We could not have had a more positive experience.

We worked with Liza and she was fantastic. She was patient with us throughout the entire process as we searched for our perfect home. She never rushed us into moving on a home we were not in love with. She was knowledgeable and was receptive to our endless questions. We recently used Nick Laverriere to sell our house in Standish and also buy a new build in Portland. Our Standish house was our very first house, so this was our first time selling. Nick was very responsive and had excellent communication with us regarding the timing of everything. We ended up having a difficult buyer and we really appreciated having Nick stand up for our needs. He did an excellent job even though we didn’t have the smoothest transactions. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone!

My wife and I highly recommend Bridget, Spencer and the whole Portside team. They went above and beyond in the sale of our home. We had a situation come up when the buyer of our home literally backed out of a deal at the last minute. We were in full panic mode. Bridget was a calm voice of reason. That was her first way of helping us, she then proceeded to dig in and work overtime. Now we got the news of the deal falling apart early in the evening. Bridget immediately got on the phone and called every realtor that had showings at our home ( around 20 showings in 3 days). Her hard work paid off. She had another buyer late that night. We were thrilled. The Portside also represented us a the buying agents. Again they did amazing work. We call Spencer morning noon and night with homes we wanted to look at. Showings were always with in a day or so. Some of the places we looked at were an hour away but they alway had the time to get us in the home quickly. We look at quite a few homes and almost settled on one we really didn’t completely love. Spencer talked to us and we decided to keep looking. Later that afternoon we did find our dream home. Cannot say enough good things about these people. The whole team is very professional and hard working.
