Rude. Expensive. Not dependable
I called DJ Small Plumbing for the first time due to an emergency service. I was very impressed with their quick response and affordable rates. They could not have been more professional. They explained their rates over the phone before telling me someone could be there shortly. When the service tech named Andy arrived he was great. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all my questions.He was great and when I had other questions that were not related to my service call, he explained those to me also. What a great employee and I would recommend them to anyone that requires a plumber! Thank you for the great service!
I had a great experience with these guys! One of my hot water lines sprung a leak and left us without hot water. They not only got back to me very quickly they also were able to send someone out and fix it. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and their quality of work was amazing! I highly recommend them.
We had a pipe burst in our house, called DJ Small and they were able to get someone out right away. Andy came out and found the two split pipes and fixed them. He then found a frozen pipe in our downstairs shower blew heat into that area and fixed that as well. I high recommend this company as they obviously have years of experience and are very professional.
I called DJ Small to find out if there was any way to get hotter water in my shower. They came promptly and gave me honest advice and answered all my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend this business.
