My husband and I got a referral from a friend to work with Isobel. Isobel was so responsive, professional, personable, and worked so hard to find us the perfect home. We worked with Isobel through the crazy market before and during the pandemic. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly to any of our questions and concerns. Putting in offers were effortless through her electronic system. She always told us what we needed to hear. She was the perfect person to guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. She gave excellent recommendations for all professionals we needed throughout the process. Her years of experience and extensive knowledge of the area/housing market were imperative to our success finding our home. We were so happy with our experience with Isobel and recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

Isobel Wilson went above and beyond during the sale of our home and the purchase of a new house. She was responsive around the clock, conscientious, levelheaded during challenging situations, and incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market. On several occasions she saved us by suggesting amazing vendors. For example, when our moving company canceled 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up, she found another crew to help us out. We could not have gone through this process without her!

I am not one to write on-line reviews, but Isobel Wilson definitely merits a great one. Isobel assisted me in selling my house and buying a new house this year during the COVID pandemic. To say that her efforts were herculean in both transactions would be an understatement. Both transactions had their own difficulties (the buy side transaction in particular had a new challenge every day) and Isobel helped me navigate them all with patience, professionalism and positive energy. Her knowledge of the market, the tasks to be completed to close both transactions and her resourcefulness in problem solving issues were truly impressive. In addition, her network of contacts is vast so she was able to help me get connected with professionals who could help me with the most mundane of tasks (a Title V certification) and those that were logistically complicated (finding me a moving company on the day of my move when the moving company I had contracted with didn't show up). Isobel is not just a real estate broker, she knows how to get houses sold and bought and how to get all pieces of a transaction accomplished on time. Retain her and she will use her vast array of tools to get you out of, an into, a home! You couldn't make a better choice.

If I could 6 stars I would! Isobel is phenomenal. She’s thorough, incredibly responsive, patient and knows the local real estate market top to bottom. She got our house sold quickly, and guided us through every step of the way for our new home purchase. Isobel is just simply a joy to work with.

Isobel was a highly organized and responsive realtor. After contacting her about putting our condo on the market, she had it up and ready in less than a week's time. Although our place was rather new and we are very clean people, I was still impressed on how fast she got the pictures done, comps run, and listing up. We wanted to make sure we didn't miss the spring buying rush and she was just the person to help us with the urgency of the sale. The listing and pictures were great, and we had an offer within a matter of days. While this first offer ended up falling through, we had another immediately after. We received our asking price, which was remarkable as the condo next to ours had been up for sale for 6 months with no luck. Isobel was very good at communicating with us, even on weekends and nights if she had information. She had a very good understanding of the market in the area. I highly recommend her.
