Great place, best place for odd ball screws or fasteners of any type. The price and selection is better than the others. Most knowledgeable staff , and the best selection of Weber grill products anywhere.

I ordered online and had a customer service representative bring my order out to my car. Love this service. So easy and convenient. I have used this service many times.

While they are very nice and have good in store service, I was a little disappointed to learn that even though they advertise curbside pickup on their site, they don’t actually offer it at this location. I probably wouldn’t have ordered online if I had known that. Better off just going in person and wearing your mask. Other than that, I still love this Ace store. I docked the one star because of the curbside issue.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service. I bought a Weber SmokeFire EX6 in April. I loved using it until it had issues. I had contacted Weber directly and they weren't much help. They sent parts after parts. Still the Smoker did not work properly. I called Weber one last time hoping they would really help me out. They told me it wasn't Webers problem and I had to take it up with Ace (where I purchased it from) I thought this was completely absurd! So I did call Ace and talked to the manager. He was very kind and said Ill talk to our Weber Rep. Within an hour I heard the best news.. They were actually helping me out! I dealt with Weber for months. they did nothing to help me. I am just so happy that someone from ACE actually cared about customer service. Thank you again!
