I ordered a snow blower online. It showed it was in stock and available for same day pick up. I arrived to pick up the snow blower and was told we don’t carry that model. Then they give me a copy of the cancellation order and on the opposite side is the info of someone else that ordered the exact same snow blower. I would like to give them business but I don’t like being lied to. If they would have offered some type of discount for the inconvenience I would not be writing this review. I’m done with Ace! ZERO STARS!!!
Recently ordered a Weber grill, assembled and delivered. Package price for everything I bought was cheaper than big box. Delivered on time while I was working. Wife took delivery. Once I got home I noticed I ordered a Natural gas grill instead of propane. I called and the exchange was painless. The delivered the LP grill and picked up the NG on the next say we were available.
It’s a great ACE. Parking is easy, trips can be very fast should you need them to be.
Was not real thrilled with the service.nWas looking at Weber grills. Neither of 2 people working did anything to help or answer questions. I pretty much walked out and bought my Weber at Home Depot that day.nLost sale for them.
Can't belive so much product can be found in the store! Instead of trying to buy something on line, took a chance and found it at the Ace hardware store. Plus, it was faster and cheaper than going on line. I always try to support the local stores first! Thank for being there and the help you provide!
