We've lived here for a couple years now. I have had nothing but a positive experience. From Trish in the office helping to make sure we always know what is going on our what is available to us, to the maintenance staff always helping and keeping the place looking great. Jeff and Geevee are always helping everyone and they know how to fix everything. I honestly can say that I have zero reservations living here and no worries. Avalon Sharon is perfect because of its staff.

Must say, best place I've been while in MA! the Maintenance is Top notch. These guys are very responsive, they contact you within less than 24 hours and they'll take care of all the needs in a single visit & one thing that surprised ne was that during winter these guys fight the storms while we sleep which I am Immensely grateful. I recently placed a service Call and Geoff Answered, he was fast, precise and took care of the extra stuff we needed, all while respecting guidelines for the pandemic which we are grateful for. Thank you & stay healthy out there Geoff!

This was our first choice when we moved from FL to MA. We love the area and convenience of being right near the highway, while still feeling quiet. The apartment is well appointed and updated. One of the biggest benefits is the property manager Trisha. She’s excellent to work with and real comfort knowing that she’s around to keep things running smoothly. Geoff from the maintenance team is very professional and addresses concern with due diligence! The team is always available to address any issues and never disappoints!This a safe community and maintenance team’s professionalism and rapid response makes living here very comfortable!
