Bruce and Dianne are a fantastic team to have by your side. They help us not only find our dream home (even though our must-have list was pretty specific) but also perfectly time the selling of our current home to maximize the transition time allowing for an easy move. They were able to negotiate for us as buyers and sellers in a way that left all parties happy leaving the virtual table. In these COVID times, it is also important to have a team you can trust to be safe. They followed all protocols and we felt comfortable through the whole process. We could not recommend them enough!

I cannot recommend Dianne and Bruce Needle highly enough! I have worked with them to sell one home and purchase two and they have been wonderful with every deal. Buying and selling are both stressful for different reasons but Dianne and Bruce's extensive experience, knowledge and their senses of humor make the process enjoyable. For the house we sold, Dianne secured a sale price well over asking and for the two homes we purchased, we paid less than asking price. We asked Dianne to sell my mother's house late this past Summer. Since we no longer lived in the area and most of the information about the house was difficult to obtain, having someone with local experience was required. Dianne quickly showcased her knowledge of the area, what to do in order to get top dollar for the house, find the right buyers, and then expertly negotiated for us. Equally, while we ran into a couple of snags due to lack of information regarding the house, Dianne was able to use her experience, contacts and was just plain helpful in closing down those questions so we closed on time. Just as important to us, Dianne was able to help when we were not around, adding that personal touch that separate Dianne and Bruce from other real estate brokers.nnMy experience was unparalleled and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell their house to use The Needle Group. The way that Dianne and Bruce handle their clients and their needs is unheralded and the way it should be. Bruce truly exceeded all our expectations. As first time home buyers the process was equal parts confusing and overwhelming.
