Great Pond is the perfect place if you’re single, in a relationship, have kids, or just want to live in a nice, safe and well taken care of community. The Property Manager Bill really listens to his residents and is extremely patient and responsive. You won’t find a better staff than the team at Great Pond. Thank you all for everything you do; you make this property Great (pond)!!
I have lived here at the Residences at Great Pond for over a year now and I have to say I love it here! I love the layout of my apartment space and how modern it looks. The apartment itself is super spacious and comfortable. The pool is great and relaxing, and though I haven't used the fire pits and grills yet I honestly can't wait because that is such a cool feature. Lastly, the staff/management here are fantastic!!! The office has always been so courteous and helpful to me the entire time, answering any and every question I have. Stephanie is great and even checked in on my dog while I was at work while maintenance was working in my apartment once. She is super sweet and a great help with everything you may have questions about. The maintenance staff is also really good as well. They have always been really prompt in fixing any issues that I have had. Very respectful and have been sure to get things sorted before it becomes urgent. Like when my AC broke in the fall, and they ensured that my AC was fixed before the heatwave hit this year. So happy to be here and hope to stay a while!
I lives at Great Ponds for just over a year. The apartment itself was very nice! The rooms were big, the kitchen was nice with granite counter tops, and the appliances were sufficient. I lived on the top floor in my building which thankfully was a good choice. I didn’t hear my neighbors to either side, and very rarely (if at all) did I hear the people below me. However, I have heard from others that they can hear anyone living above them if they were not living on the top floor. Highly recommend choosing to live on the top floor of any building.nSome of my complaints about the residences is that parking was very limited if you came home late. I think it’s very unacceptable for people to use a whole parking space for a motorcycle, and that those motorcycle owners would “reserve” their parking spots when not using their motorcycles. I wish there was a designated place for motorcycle parking, not in the prime parking spots.nNext, I found that the plumbing in my building was very weak. The toilets were impossible to flush most of the time, and the kitchen sink would hardly ever drain on its own unless the garbage disposal was turned on. I also tended to have a hard time with the washer/ dryer. The washer would often stop half way if there were “big” towels or bedsheets in them, and the dryer took forever to get our clothes dry. They were supposed to be energy efficient but I often had to try and run 2-3 cycles for the washing machine to get things clean and the dryer would take 2+ hours to dry the clothes.nnMy last complaint was the ridiculous amount that my rent was to increase at the end of my first year leasing. It jumped $300+ after the first year. It made it more than unaffordable. I think it was unfortunate that the rent was our reason for leaving. We were excellent tenants, paid rent on time, clean, quiet, polite, (the perfect type of tenant a company should want). This was the main reason for our move out from the apartment.nnOverall, it was a mostly positive experience living at Great ponds. The office staff was so friendly and they made an effort to get to know us and other residences! I am so happy I got to know some of the office staff well, and they truly made the experience better than any other apartment complex I lived in.
I've lived at The Residence at Great Pond for over 2 years and had no issues at all. I would gladly recommend living here to anyone.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Residences at Great Pond. The office staff was professional and always made me feel welcome. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. I highly recommend this complex.
