Every time I come into the Wauconda store I have found the employee team so very helpful. You walk in and the cashiers greet you with a smile and say hello. Great start. Then while looking to figure out how to solve a small or large mechanical issue, or a paint job, plumbing, electrical, etc., people are right there to help strategize me through it. Thanks so much Matt, the other Matt and Kyle (as well as others whose names will come to me later). And especially thanks for the help with the lawn mower buy, delivery and the quick operational tutorial Mr. K!
Service is fantastic. If you need either specialty fasteners or one or two last things to complete your job, this is the place to go. Full service paint department. You may pay more for certain things but the service makes up for it. Ask at the register if you need help and they will immediately find someone.
Friendly, helpful people. Easy in and out. Also sells my husband's favorite licorice.
Best local hardware store around. Friendly staff. Better taken care of than other Aces too. Love the long hours options too.
