We worked with Jay and Leslie on a number of projects.nThe design work, product suggestions and installation referrals were all first rate.nOur kitchen, powder room and water filtration system all exceed our expectations.nWe go to bathhaus for service and we know that service/expertise/local knowledge is a part of the purchase price.nIt is the bathhaus way. And we recommend it.
I left a message for them to call and no one called me back in two days. I called again and was told they will not sell to a homeowner I tried getting a quote for a specific product and was told I could only come in to get further information. It seems they do not want my business.
For some reason my initial review is no longer there. Stay clear of these people. They try to suck you in then come up with new reasons to bill you more for money. If you want to overpay and be taken by these people by all means go for it. Plenty of other options out there
