Scheduled a showing with this company for 10:30am and arrived at 10:20am. Waited 20 minutes for the agent to show up and never did. Told us he was in traffic. We had to use the restroom so went to a public one around the corner and came right back. Still no word from the agent. Called after another 10-15 minutes and no answer. My wife and I decide to leave and the agent texts her that he drove by around 10:50am and nobody was there. Poor communication and just wanted to share.
