Norman is great. He worked with my wife and I and he was always very professional and responsive to our needs. He regularly communicated with us and went out of his way to help us in our home search. We would happily work with him again. Highly recommended.

I was excited for a condo I viewed with Norman and felt bad for not being responsive during my vacation (Norman made it clear). Then the mortgage broker (Steve Nabstedt) Norman referred was unresponsive after I provided all of my info. He just kept saying he will reach out to me and then Norman didn't even tell me the condo went under agreement. I felt I was left hanging by a string. Long story short, I lost the condo I wanted and Norman tried selling me another one instead.
