Terrible experience with agent Rebecca Huang. Totally unprofessional and greedy. This company and their agents just want to get their hands on your money. Stay away from this kind of service.

Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have agent like Rebecca. When you work with her, you’ll have her undivided attention. Your need is her priority. And most important, she doesn’t treat you like her clients. She treats you like family.

Just an awful experience working with Rebecca. My apartment was not cleaned as promised. She sat at a desk with the landlord and chatted amongst themselves in a foreign language so that I could not understand them and swindled me into painting and cleaning the unit I was promised myself after I moved in. Landlord is basically a slumlord who doesn't want to invest in her property. Not even to clean it between tenants.nnTo make matters worse, Rebecca tried to call and evict me from the unit 5 days after I moved in, cleaned and painted the unit because I sent the landlord my documents for a support animal. I don't even know how the matter concerned her at that point but neither she nor her angry partner who was yelling at me on speaker phone understand federal housing laws because they were actually trying to evict me from the unit and pressure me to leave. Absolutley absurd. Needless to say, I'd never do business with them again. If you choose to do business with them, proceed with caution and be prepared to get everything they tell you in writing on a contract and be prepared to exercise your legal right to hold them to it because they WILL try to weasel out of it. Terrible experience. Not even an apology after they realized they had made a terrible mistake.

It was such a pleasure working with Rebecca. She was able to put lots of efforts into the listing. very responsible and helpful. Excellent agent to work with Highly recommend . Sold my house Within a week at over asking price with under promise and over delivery.
