I've worked with Nathan from BroadPoint Realty twice since moving to Boston. As a new transplant, I had a lot of questions and concerns during my apartment searches. Nathan was diligent in answering those questions, and extremely professional and courteous in his interactions with both my family and the agents/landlords we met with. The qualities of the listings Nathan suggests is very high, and he is very good about refining lists of suggested listings as you provide him feedback. Furthermore, I always feel that Nathan goes out of his way to make sure that I am not inconvenienced during apartment searches. I highly recommend BroadPoint Realty and will use them in any future moves!
