BEST I EVER HAD!! I walked in on Sunday August 23rd 2020 and around 1800 hrs and ordered a pizza sub. I have been on a pizza sub kick for a month now, I just love them and have been to many different subway stores from Macomb IL to most of the ones in springfield to get them. THANK YOU!

Tried the new sliders. I really enjoyed the italian spice - they let me change the sauce from vinaigrette to garlic aioli and that was delicious. The ham and jack slider was also tasty. I dont like that you cant add veggies to the sliders. Not sure why that's not allowed

Food was good but drive thru couldve been better. First I pulled up to the drive through speaker and I actually thought it was broke and was about to pull around when they finally acknowlegde I was there so she took my order and I pulled around. The young girl with the headset on looked confused, I was the only one in the drive thru so I'm not to sure what she was confused about. There was another girl at the counter working very diligently and knocking out her sandwiches while the one one who was supposed to be makeing mine stood there with the same look on her face. Finally after I watched the one girl make about 3 or 4 sandwiches I see the drive thru girl get in the bread box and grab white bread to make mine. She started making it and as she was putting the tomatoes on another lady came from around back and looked at what she was doing and grabbed my sandwich bunched it up in the papers and threw it away then she grabbed the container of tomatoes that she was using and came back around by the window on her way to the back all the while shaking her head in disgust. At this point I was a little worrried about even getting the sandwich I was getting ready to just tell them I was good with just the chili I had ordered and my coke. Well about that time the other girl at the counter said something to her and pointed to her sandwich making case then came to me to get my money and tell me it will be right out so I decided not to say nothing. So altogether after about 23 minutes of being the only car in the drive thru I recieved my food. When she handed me my food there was chili all down the front of the bag and she actually told me to be careful not to get it all over my car. I'm not sure why it wasnt put in a new bag but at this point I had about 7 minutes to get back to work and clock back in so I didnt have time to complain. When I got to work and back at my desk I noticed I had chili on the sleeve of my white sweater. Ahhh yea I wasnt happy. I have worked in food service so I'm not one to complain but come on they weren't that busy for it to take a whole lunch hour to get a sandwich and when your throwing something away cause its bad dont make it so obvious to the customer that thats what your doing and for God's sake if you make a mess clean it up before you hand it out to a customer. I only work in Havana a few days a month and I love subway but I think I'll just wait till I get home to go get subway. Maybe it was an off day for them and I know they happen I've been there I just hope my review can maybe show them what a customer is seeing. The Lady from the back that took the tomatoes was clearly some sort of management.
