Eduardo tech5256 arrived at our home and from the minute he walked in, he made us feel wonderful. He has an excellent personality, very professional and trustworthy. He explained everything clearly and he worked very hard from the second he arrived. Even though, the space was so small, he managed to get the 50 gal water heater in place within a quarter inch clearance on all sides. Overall, Eduardo took great care of us.
I had Kyle come out to rod my main line. He was able to call his boss Dan to come and run a camera, finding the root of my backup issues. I was able to get the line cleared for immediate use and get an estimate as well as a very detailed explanation of how the issue can be resolved. Very great, professional, and honest service. Affordable and offers different payment options for larger issues. I will continue my professional relationship with Roto Rooter, for sure.
