Joe installed our basement sump pump and backup battery system. Given accurate cost assessment up front.. Was on time, thorough, tidy and very friendly. Furthermore, Joe was available after installation. Our power went out while on vacation. Joe saved the day by making sure our backup system worked by checking our home. The back up system worked! He is a professional who cares about his customer.
Joe came to adjust a toilet level issue this time. He is always professional and knows his stuff! We've had him every time we've had any plumbing issues and its fixed the first time. He's a great guy. Knows his stuff and is more than fair!
