Ordered one pizza and salad online for delivery and was given an estimate of one to one and a half hours maximum, which is completely reasonable considering I ordered an hour and half prior to the game on Sunday. I am ten minutes away from this location and selected contactless delivery (noted to leave at door).nnTwo hours later I get a ring at my doorbell (dog starts freaking out) followed by loud pounding on my door a minute later.nnWhen I went out and grabbed my food I found the one pizza I ordered was room temperature and needed to be reheated. The salad was warm too, which was even more alarming.nnI understand delivery teams can get overwhelmed, please at least notify your customer of this so they can choose to pick it up instead.

I get a different pizza here once a week for football on Sunday. Never disappoints. The staff are impeccable. After a deep dish from here, and this is something I rarely say, I'm satisfied.

Last night, my family and I went to Giordano’s at 7:30pm after my son’s class. There was only 4 of us. My 8 year old and 5 year old were so excited to get pizza... my son told the staff proudly, table for 4 please. The staff then told him and myself as I came walking up, “ok, but we close in 30 mins.”.... I said “So, we can’t be seated?”... I was then told again “Okay, you can, but I want you to know we close in 30 mins.” We felt so unwelcomed, the look of disappointment as we walked in was clear, we turned around and walked out. My kids were bummed. I felt guilty because I knew a small struggling restaurant would’ve welcomed us. We ended up going to Gino’s East, they were incredibly welcoming.

Great!!! I am so grateful for the pizza it's one of my favorite spots. Great service and cook. Thank God for them withstanding the PANDEMIC...
