Horrible customer service. No status updates and no shipment weeks after placing order. No reply to email query asking for an update. No shipment after 3 weeks. No apology. No explanation. We went elsewhere to order new tarps.
I had a fantastic experience with this company. I called on the phone and got quotes for what I needed. They didn't have the exact thing I wanted in stock, but offered to cut it for me if needed, but they did offer me an alternative product that actually ended up suiting my needs better than the original. I ordered 2 14x14 fire resistant canvas tarps from them on a Wednesday afternoon and received them via UPS the next day on Thursday morning... talk about expedient shipping on their part. This was with their free shipping option, I didn't pay for expedited shipping or anything. The tarps themselves are well made and seem super durable. They do have a strong smell from the fire resistant coating, but that was to be expected. I've put these up over my patio and they are perfect. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a quality product and excellent customer service.
Worst company and customer service Ive ever dealt with. I ordered two 15x15 canvas covers for my boat in September of 2018. Over a 500 dollar purchase by the way. I received them two weeks later than promised and what I got was two 6 by 8 tarps. I contacted customer service who had be mail these back and they said they would expedite my correct covers. I didnt get anything til late November and what I got was still wrong as two 15 by 15 covers should cover a 26 foot boat obviously the length would equal 30 feet. However, I measured the tarps at 12.5 feet each again screwing me out of what I ordered and paid for. This being now winter in Upstate New York I had no choice but to use these to cover the boat with and I spent that winter placing a complaint with the BBB. I provided photo evidence of my measurements and all and never received the refund I deserved. 500 dollars I paid and now these two covers are in a dumpster. DO NOT SHOP HERE! -UPDATE: STILL NO FOLLOW UP FROM COMPANY DESPITE THE NOTE FROM THEM BELOW SAYING THEY WOULD EMAIL ME
I purchased a heavy duty tarp 20’x20’. It shipped very fast and I received it within three days of my order. I have used the tarp for three weeks now to cover my above ground pool. It works great! It is more heavy duty than I expected yet it is light enough to make covering the pool a snap. Much easier than using a dedicated pool cover.
