Showed up for some advice at the end of a Saturday shift and instead had my problem solved in 10 minutes. Employees are thoughtful, careful, and know what they're doing. Gordon's treats strangers like friends and friends like family. Prices are entirely reasonable. Shop here instead of big box hardware outlets.

The staff here is 100% top notch. I had called looking for a product and was told they had it. I never said I was coming in. When I arrived she had the the product waiting for me at the register! I was in and out in about two minutes tops. That my friends is good old fashioned customer service! I'll never go anywhere again.

I love this helpful hardware store! I usually make the mistake of going to other places to look for things and then can never find anyone to help me, but not at Gordons.nnGordon's Hardware greets me the minute they see me and are always willing to help. The staff are so knowledgeable and know what products they carry and exactly where the products are located. I highly recommend this hardware store!

Old school hardware stores like this are getting hard to find. Gordon’s has been there forever, and if you shop here you will find out why. Had a custom size piece of glass cut to repair a window, in and out in 10 min. Try getting that from the big box stores.nShop Local! And help keep thees guys going, we need them.
