Awesome experience all around! We needed either a toilet repair or a new toilet installed. Mike and Shane were professional and helpful and gave us the guidance we needed to make the right decision! They was able to come back within 2 days with a brand new toilet and had it installed within 30-60 minutes. Hannah at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well!

We first called Trojan about 6 years ago to check out our soil pipe because a roofer thought that was where the leak in our roof was coming from. Jason arrived and discovered the pipe was fine. Since we were clueless about soil pipes, we were impressed with his honesty.nAt the time our bathroom tub was slowing draining during showers. Also when water was released from the bathroom sink there would be sooty water that would back up into the tub. So we asked Jason to take a look at it and right away he figured out what the problem was. It took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish and both drains were working free and clear with no more backing up.nWe were so happy with Jason's work that a year or so later we called Trojan to do extensive plumbing repair in my mom's kitchen and basement bathroom. The work included breaking up the concrete floor in the basement to remove and replace old pipe and also having to coordinate with other contractors to get the job completed to code. In the end he did an excellent job and we were all pleased with the outcome.nHe was professional, courteous and most of all he was free with advice to help minimize future problems.nTo this date whenever we have plumbing issues we call Trojan and suggest them to all of our friends and family.

Highly recommend this plumbing company! Very professional, fast and fair price. From the office girl to the plumbers that came to my house I couldn’t be happier with their service. I had a clogged sink that required rodding. They were in and out in 40 minutes. If you are looking for a plumbing company and want professional service I would use them! Thank you!

Jason and Shane found the source of a bad sewer odor in basement. Replaced bathroom faucets and i had the sewer checked with camera.nPipes in city old, had gotten water in finished basement once, gotta be careful.nJason was polite, on time and did a very neat job.nAppreciate Shane squeezing in to fix odor.nThoroughly impressed.nGreat guys,prompt excellent service ud83dudc4d.
