This company has, once again, came through. After battling 3 years of backup and finally having peace of mind during a rainfall I do not even think 5 STARS is enough. I have suffered from constant backup since I purchased my new house and finally had enough. I called PermaSeal and had drains put in but they were very honest that I also needed a backwater valve for the other part of the problem. Bill came out, put in a backwater valve and the problem is gone!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am. Not only was the job done in two days but it was done right and the problem hasn't occurred again. He was affordable and prompt. If you get backup from the local rain sewers I HIGHLY encourage you to get this done.
These people are terrible they tell you one thing and then it’s something else.Having an appointment time is useless because they seem to come when they’re ready.Do not use these people for any reason if you do you’ll regret it.
