I showed the clerk a pic of the part I needed and he was able to give me the part with no problem. Quick and easy.

My warranty company contracted with Complete HVAC and the tech came out. He was friendly, however he did not complete the job he was contracted to complete. My air is not cooling my house so the tech went directly to the air conditioning unit at the back of my house. He said the unit needs freon. He added 2 lbs of freon but neglected to mention that if that amount of freon needs to be added, there is a leak. He never checked my basement to see if there was a leak. I have had to talk to several other people to diagnose the problem. When I called back, I was told my air ducts needed to be cleaned. Did that, to no avail, air not working. Called my warranty company again, Complete HVAC was called and apparently they are swamped and can't come back out until Wednesday. Oh, I called 2 days ago and have yet to receive a call from them. When I tried to all, no one ever answered. I am totally dissatisfied...I paid for the service, but didn't receive what I paid for. I DO NOT recommend this company. We are in the middle of a heat and my house is just as hot as it is outside. All this has happened in a matter of 1 week and 4 days
