I had great experiences with every aspect of the process. Our sales representative was awesome and even bought girl scout cookies from my daughter and engaged with my son who talks to everyone. The technicians who did the installation were great guys too. Precisely on time, very respectful, considerate, and professional. They chatted with me casually when appropriate and walked me through everything very professionally and thoroughly. Great guys!nnI would recommend them to anyone who asked, and probably some who don't.

Our experience with Four Seasons was amazing. When our furnace went out late, we were able to speak to a Four Season representative and make an appointment for early the next day. The technicians notified us when they were on their way, were professional, and helped us make an educated decision about replacing our heating system. All work was completed within the given time frame (or even early). They answered our many questions with patience and knowledge. Our new system is quiet and provides the same temperature throughout the house. We’ve even had to turn it down! We would recommend this company for their fair prices, helpfulness, quality work, and professionalism.

Our furnace died so we called Four Seasons. We’ve used them before and they usually do a very good job. This time though, the work was exceptional! 1.) They came right away as usual. 2.) The technician(Jose’) was honest in letting us know just how bad off our furnace was - THIS WAS BIG JOB! Fixing it would be just as expensive as purchasing, so we decided to purchase. We were so impressed how the technician- Jose’, and his manager provided us with unit they sell and at a great price. 3.) In steps Dennis the installation technician and his apprentice. I highly recommend that Dennis receive recognition for exceptional service provided!!! Dennis, first of all introduced himself in a professional manner - he began by explaining step by step what was going to be done and how long it was going to take. They began right away and even though they ran into challenges, they worked tirelessly until this job was done. With as much work that was done including tear out, drilling through the walls, working out in the cold, it didn’t matter! He answered all of our questions, and explained where he was in the installation process clearly and thoroughly so that my wife and I were comfortable with whole process!!! When they finished they cleaned up very well and explained what work he had done and how to care for this unit properly. If you are in need of serious work to be done in your home I highly recommend calling Four Seasons , I promise you, you will not be disappointed they are a professional company that has the best professionals working for them!

I appreciated receiving the reminder email as well as phone texts to ensure that I would be available. The serviceman (I'm sorry but I forgot to ask his name), was very polite and professional. He asked me if I had any questions or if I experienced any problems.nI told him did not have any questions or problems. He requested to raise the thermostat explaining that it would be needed to check unit. He quickly reviewed my unit and was effective in cleaning. When I returned to the basement I asked him if everything was fine and he confirmed that all components of the unit were in good order. In preparation to leave he returned the thermostat to the setting I had. Overall I was pleased with the duration, the expediency and the quality of service.

The two Four Star service men that came out to help my family and I were absolutely Awesome, professional, polite, understanding, knowledgeable, they both went above the call of duty. My furnace was off since 1/15/2021, no one would help me am 61y/oud83dude42, but my daughter found Four Stars online, and the representative took our information with professionalism and understanding and they came out within the hour of the 1st call, amazing. It truly brought tears to my eyes because of what’s happening in the world today, I found that there’s Great and Kind people out there!!! And you know what I will pass it forward.
