We placed a mobile order at this Subway and this is the second time they've messed up. Typically we turn a blind eye but this time one sub was completely missing olives and onions while being toasted when that's not what we requested and we actually asked for more spinach. Then on top of that we found three pieces of hair in the sandwich. I was under the impression that the workers wore hair nets and especially with covid going on that guidelines would be stricter but evidently that's not the case. The other sub was always missing spinach (not sure if they were out?) And it wasn't toasted. I'm pregnant and being as such you can't eat cold lunch meat because of the risk of listeria so getting it toasted is something I do actually need. Last time we had an issue the girl seemed very annoyed when we requested her to remake it so we didn't even bother. Throwing the food away was a waste but it was not edible with the hair or the lack of effort.
Horrible! There was a woman walking around bleeding and they were not obeying COVID capacity rules. On top of all of that my food was not good at all!
Sandwiches are always good cause they make it like you tell them to..lol.. The store was clean and everything was fine. Even as early as I came the soup was hot and ready..
Not great. My bread tasted very dry and hard to bite into when I got home, and my chicken soup tasted sour. :/ Pretty sure it was old.
Can’t get a simple order correct come on. Not trying to be mean just saying
