Everyone was pleasant and helpful one store had sold out of the item I was looking for,they looked it up found another store that had it. I went there they were pleasant helpful. I got my item got assistance with my item to the car and I was on my way. No complaints cashier also reminded me to get my rebate slip.
ALRIGHT!
I noticed some Led garage lights that were priced at $24.95 last month .Menards started their 11% rebate and raised the price to $28.95 so they made more money during the sale. I buy many things their but limit them to consumables, never the garbage they try to pass off as tools
Have never been treated so badly in a store asked multiple people for help in finding an item and was passed around from one to another. Finally said something to asst manager at desk and was told that store is short handed and I should realize that. She was unable to help me. Menards needs to get more qualified people to work in stores.
I don't normally rate national hardware stores, but this menards is different. Three store was clean, the employees were friendly and the whole store had beautiful piano music playing. It wasn't just a classical radio station playing through the speakers. There was a live pianist on the second floor serenading the store tunes ranging from classical Beethoven to piano renditions of The Scorpions. The pianist really made the experience stand apart from any other hardware store.
