Our basement had water come up from center drain 2 days ago. I called, got cell number to call in case of emergency. Called and immediately spoke with plumber who said he was on a job 7 minutes from my house, and would be here within the hour. Got here as promised and worked on front drain 'til he cleared it. Water immediately drained from basement. I found the plumber courteous, professional, and concerned. He was extremely nice in dealing with my high anxiety.

I rent in a two-flat, with two separate water heaters.nnFirst my water heater went out. They charged $1100 to change it. It took them less than an hour including the trip to store to get the water heater. The plumber (Chris) turned the hot water back on full blast, and left before it finished filling the pipe. He told me to run the hot water in 10 minutes and let the air out of the pipe. The minute he was paid he was gone.nnI followed his instructions to find diminished flow in the kitchen sink. I quickly texted him. He first tried to tell me I needed to chnage my kitchen faucet. I replied that it was his responsibility. He said he would come out and look at it. But (surprise, surprise) the next day he was too busy. After that he did not respond to further texts, so he never came back to look at anything. (This is a signature Patrick & Sons move. Tell you something today to keep you happy/hangin on, and then change their story tomorrow.)nnA month later the landlady's water heater blew. (Foul Play?) I told her about the situation with the first water heater. Nevertheless, she decided to use Patrick & Sons again, but asked for a different plumber. Her water is in a spot that's hard to get to. So they had to disconnect mine to put hers in. I had told them aboot the reduced hot water flow with the first heater. Can you believe they turned the water back on full blast again? So my tub water didn't work at all.nnThese shitburgers walked off the job at that point, about 10 am. They said they were going to get a cartridge for the tub. They left the hot handle off the tub faucet and the tub hot water turned off locally. (Hanging on!) I knew the cartridge wouldn't work because both hot and cold were blocked. Also, because the cold handle is glued on, there's no way to change the cold cartridge. Nevertheless they came back at 3pm, not with a new cartridge, but to get the cartridge to take it to the store for replacement! This was their ploy to push the job into tomorrow and tell us they had to rip the whole house up and get all new pipes. I told to turn the hot water back on and go. The landlady let them in later and they did indeed tell her that she need all new pipes.nnAt that point the landlady told me I could get somebody else to deal with it. After several days of my taking baths, because there was so little water I couldn't get a shower. Another company came and blew out the pipes with compressed air. The tub flow is now very good, although not perfect.

Patrick hired me as a subcontractor 8 months ago and still has not paid me. Keeps promising money and never pays. I hate to see how he treats his customers if he cannot even pay subs on time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!nDid work for me the day after I called because something looked wrong 3 or 4 times no call back left a message on the answer machine and emergency number was given to Chris no help there either well my basement FLOODED with the recent rain water 2 steps high with sewer water and washing machine dryer furnace down there among personal items being ruinednHas 2 locations one in schiller park one in Chicago on Harlem could not find a way to delete that one(1) star

Stay away from this company. They did water connection to our home and didnt tap old pipe so when it rains water was going inside our basement. Also paid for permit and deposit at Village and they picke up money and dont want to return it ($2000)
