Brandys Gyros

Memo to owner! Have your employees clean your establishment. Ordered food than went into the wash room to wash my hands. It looked like the bathroom wasn't cleaned in a while. So while I was waiting for my order, I looked around. The tables near me were not wiped down nor was the floor swept swept. First time customer. Not complaining about the food. Just saying three stars for the meal I ordered.

Tired of this place, they cannot get an order right. They refuse to give any extra sauce. Check your bag before you leave, and if you do bring your food home and it’s wrong they treat you like a thief and ask you to bring your food back with you for inspection. Food is average, do yourself a favor and order from Nicks drive in a mile down Harlem. Food comes out hot every time and they have better food, service is better and the order is correct. This was the last time I order brandys.

Second time I'm ordering through their web site and they don't pay attention. I walk in to pick up my order and that's when they realize they didn't see it and they act like everything is fine. So both times my online ordering experience was basically the same as I walked in, placed an order and then waited for it.nThe food is alright, although my wife had some problems after eating their grilled chicken caesar salad last time...

I pass this place all the time and tell myself I should try it. I end up forgetting I'm actually hungry. Honestly, I couldn't get myself to want to eat at a place called Brandy's; it sounds like a name of a bar .nnAnyway, I finally took the plunge tonight after a trip to Ace. I pass a driver as he exits, and he said hi and held the door. I'm not sure if he worked for them or Grubhub, but that was so nice. No one does that anymore, except me. I go in and start looking at their unexpectedly huge menu.nnAfter a minute, I get greeted by a nice cashier. I tell him that I've never been before as I try to take in everything... I found the combo menu and ordered the #1, a gyro sandwich with fries and a drink. I love gyros so that was an easy decision especially since they carve it fresh off the spit.nnI fill up my drink and a few minutes later my order was ready. The cook hands it to me and asks if I want napkins and ketchup. I say sure on the napkins. He hands me a bunch.nnThe people are here super nice! I'll be a repeat customer just for that.nnI go home and finally get to eat. Then gyro was amazing. Not.only did they overfill with meat, it was so flavorful! The sauce was yummy. The tomato slices were thick and juicy.nnThe fries were good too, but that gyro!nnI will go again and try other things. I might have to order the gyro a billion more times before I venture to another menu item though.nnThey also have these slices of baklava the size of my foot. They were huge! I might have to try it one day when I feel like excessively cheating.

Typical fast food joint nothing fancy and nothing bad about the place. I am neutral in rating this place. I do come here once in awhile.
