This place is not even worth my one star....... The service here is unbelievable....... there is no one standing at the booth as soon as you walk in you have to wait 5 to 7 minutes for someone to greet you.......... finally when someone does come you tell them your name for your order and you have to wait another 3 to 5 minutes for them to come in tell you that it’s going to be a little bit of a wait..... when you ask how long you get a don’t know......I do believe the shift leader is their friend and not their leader the staff is a little young so they don’t understand customer service I do believe at some point corporate does need to take a look at the store and try to revamp their team members that they have in there because the kitchen is ran horribly it sucks to have such good food I need to wait for a very long time to get it I won’t be ordering from here.....
I hate how they always changed their menu. Before they changed their recipe for crispy chicken salad, and I guess a lot of people were asking for the old recipe so they brought it back. Now they stopped serving chili cheese fries. That’s one of the best appetizer that they had there. So I don’t go as often anymore since they no longer serve chili cheese fries. If they bring it back then I’ll come back more often
Indoor dining available. Social distancing was in place, a few tables in between other people. Great crew working here.
Good bacon, guacamole cheeseburger. Onion rings were tasty. Good staff!!
I just want to say how impressed I was having lunch at the restaurant today. Our greeter sprayed our table down before we even sat down to eat. Then we received our utensils and napkins in a paper bag. Our condiments in a plastic sealed cup. They had us spaced apart very well.nI felt very safe eating here. Everything was very clean and great service. I’ve been to other restaurants in the area and this has definitely been one of the cleanest I’ve been to during this time.nThank you Red Robin!
